Yvonne Price Turner

Ms. Yvonne Price Turner, 75, of Worth County, peacefully passed away at her home on Sunday, January 4, 2026.

Born on May 13, 1950, in Albany, Yvonne was the daughter of the late Thomas Russell Price and Jossie Lee Meads Price. She worked as a bartender at Elks Lodge in her younger years and retired from Tyson of Camilla. Yvonne enjoyed cooking, especially breakfast for her family. She made the best biscuits, tomato gravy and rice. She enjoyed going to Biloxi, drinking her diet cokes and her cigarettes. Most of all she enjoyed time spent with her family and friends. She enjoyed meeting her brother and friends at Three Squares in Lee County at least twice a week.  She was of the Christian faith and will be greatly missed.

In addition to her parents, Yvonne was preceded in death by her son, David Wilson and several siblings.

Those left to cherish her memory include her son, Dennis Wilson and Erin of Warwick; 3 grandchildren, Miranda Tidwell and J.T. of Nashville, GA, Wynema Wilson of Cornelia, GA, and Dominick Wilson of Albany; great-grandchildren, David, Caden, Micah, Phonix, Silas, and Harper; siblings, Terry Price and Deborah of Lee County, Daniel Price and Jodie of Worth County, Dorothy Pollock of Mitchell County, and Juanita McElyea of Mulberry, FL.

In accordance with the wishes of Yvonne, she will be cremated and the family will host a service later.
