Mrs. Vivian Allyne Rehkugler, 80, of Albany, passed away, Monday, March 12, 2012 at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, March 17, 2012 at The Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witnesses, 808 Liberty Expressway SE Albany, GA. 31705. The family will receive friends after the service.
