Mrs. Stella Bogard, 76, of Orange Park, FL, and formerly of Albany, passed away peacefully, Saturday, November, 10, 2018. Private graveside funeral services were conducted on Friday, November 16, 2018 at Floral Memory Gardens. Hall and Hall Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
