Samuel "Sam" James Forrister

Samuel “Sam” James Forrister, 29, of Albany, passed away Tuesday, January 17, 2023, at his residence.

A memorial service will be held at Philema Road Baptist Church on Saturday, January 28, 2023, from 2:00 P.M. until 4:00 P.M.

Born April 14, 1993, in Villa Rica, he was the son of the late Theodore Forrister and Mrs. Annamerriee Taylor Cavender. He was currently employed as a team lead at Oil Dri. In Sam’s free time he enjoyed woodworking and fishing. A beloved husband, father, son, and friend, he will be greatly missed by all.

Those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Brooke Forrsier of Albany; mother, Annamerriee Cavender (Chris) of Cordele; his children, Thea, Liam, and Atlas all of Albany; and a host of friends who loved him dearly.

Hall and Hall Funeral Home was given the honor to serve Sam’s family.
