Mrs. Pamela Jo Smith, 69 of Albany, passed away November 23, 2015 at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital. At her request, Mrs. Smith's remains were cremated and no service has been scheduled. Pamela Smith was born in South Bend, Ind. on November 3, 1946 to the late Ralph Martin Pfaffenbach and Elenore Jean Douglas Pfaffenbach.
