Mr. Michael “Mike” David Irvin, 60, of Albany, passed away on Saturday, November 9, 2024.
A memorial service honoring his life will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 13, 2024, in the chapel of Hall and Hall Funeral Home with Pastor Sam Hall officiating.
Born December 11, 1963, in Albany, he was the son of the late Robert William Irvin Sr. and Martha Lucille Irvin. Mike worked in production at Transcontinental Packaging and had done so for the last 33 years. In his free time, he loved working in his yard and making sure his grass was always cut to his liking. He was an avid coin collector and a huge fan of NASCAR and the Atlanta Braves. Mike was a member of Mercedes Baptist Church and loved the Lord and his family dearly. His funny and witty personality will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Robert “Bobby” Irvin Jr., and his sister, Gloria Irvin.
Those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Anna Irvin; children, Savanna Irvin, Katie Cribb, Nick Cribb (Christina), and Kelli Plant (Andrew); grandchildren, Gabriel Paul, Bailey Cribb, Griffin Osteen, Bentlee Cribb, Eason Cribb, and Nathan Plant; siblings, Theresa Irvin Johnson and Debra Pilcher Brown (Chris); nephew, Harold Lee “Jay” Johnson III (Beata); and his niece, Jessica Pilcher.
Hall and Hall Funeral Home was given the honor to serve Mike’s family.
