Mr. Jack S. McDonald, 74, passed away, Sunday, April 24, 2016, surrounded by his loving family. A memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, April 30, 2016, at the Hall and Hall Funeral Home chapel. Mrs. Dottie Hodges will be conducting the celebration of life for Mr. McDonald. Born July 11, 1941, Mr. Jack was the son of the late Gilbert S. McDonald and Ruth Veasey. Spending most of his life in the Albany, Mr. McDonald worked as a subcontractor for heating and cooling companies until starting his own business Goodlife Heating and Cooling. After retiring in 1996, Mr. Jack and his wife of 56 years, moved to Georgetown to spend the rest of their life together. Survivors include his wife, Juanita Smith McDonald; daughter and son-in-law, Renee and Steve Bradford; brothers, Vernon and Diane McDonald, Ricky and Barbara McDonald, Andrew and Deborah McDonald; sister-in-law, Adoreen McDonald; 3 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Mr. Jack was preceded in death by, his sister, Edna Gibbs; brothers, Robert McDonald, Ernest McDonald. The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 2:00 p.m., Saturday, April 30, 2016 at Hall and Hall Funeral Home.
