Hazel Marie Phillips

Mrs. Hazel Marie Phillps, 88, of Lake Park, and formerly of Albany, passed away on Wednesday, December 18, 2024, at her home. 

Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, December 21, 2024, in the chapel of Hall & Hall Funeral Home with a visitation one hour prior to the service. Entombment will follow at Crown Hill Mausoleum. 

Born on January 10, 1936, in Federalsburg, MD, Hazel was the daughter of the late Wilmer and Lucy Ghar Andrews. She worked for the Dougherty County School System in the cafeteria for many years. She enjoyed baking, cooking, and bowling, but most of all loved the time spent with her family. She was of the Baptist faith and attended Calvary Baptist Church of Lake Park.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Thomas Flowers. 

Those left to cherish her memory include her husband, Ralph Phillips, Jr.; children, Tommy Lee Flowers and Randa of Sylvania, James Michael Flowers and Sheryl of Jacksonville, FL, and Sherry Clark and Donald of Bluffton, SC; several grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
