Mr. Francis Roy Prosser, 74, of Albany, passed away Monday, October 20, 2014 at Pruitt Health- Palmyra Nursing Home. His remains have been cremated and the family will have a memorial service. Hall and Hall Funeral Home was entrusted to care for the Prosser family.
