Donald Folds

Mr. Donald Derward Folds, 91, of Albany went home to be with Jesus on Sunday morning, May 25, 2025.

Services honoring his life will be conducted at 12:00 Noon on Saturday, May 31, 2025, at Pine Bluff Baptist Church with visitation one hour prior. Military honors will be presented, and Pastor Rick Owens and Rev. Mark Bullock will officiate.

Born May 20, 1934, in Moultrie, Mr. Folds was the son of the late Robert and Irene Hobgood Folds. He faithfully served his country in the United States Air Force and worked for over 30 years for Merck & Company. He enjoyed camping, working in his yard, grilling, boating, going on cruises, and trips to the beach. He loved southern gospel music and was proud to be the bass singer for The Georgia Boys Quartet. He was a faithful member of Pine Bluff Baptist Church. Most of all he loved The Lord and his family and will be greatly missed until we meet again in Heaven.

Those left to cherish his memory include his wife Jenny Folds; daughters, Donna Allen of Albany and Tracey Carrington of Panama City FL; stepson, Mike Grace and Lanette of Eustis, FL; sister, Judy Jones; brother, John Folds; grandchildren, Brandon Allen, Chase Allen, and Brittany McCullough; great-grandchildren, Charleigh and Gregory, several nieces, nephews, and extended family.
