Daniel Patrick Eubanks, 37, of Albany, passed away, Tuesday, November 10, 2009 at his home. Services honoring his life will be conducted at 3:00 p.m., Sunday, November 15, 2009 at Berea Full Gospel Church at 1111 5th Ave. The family will receive friends following the service at the Church.
