Mr. Colin Doyte Bailey, 63, of Albany, passed away, Saturday, April 14, 2012 at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital in Albany. At the request of Mr. Bailey, his remains have been cremated and the family will have a memorial service at a later date. Hall and Hall Funeral Home 229-883-3864
