Clarence Bruce Huot

Mr. Clarence Bruce Huot, 82, of Albany, peacefully passed away on Thursday, August 21, 2025, at Willson Hospice House.

Services honoring his life will be private for the family only. 

Born January 12, 1943, in Lansing, MI, he was the son of the late Francis and Georgina Huot. He proudly served our country in the United States Coast Guard and spent the rest of his life working in maintenance. In his free time, he enjoyed making and working on knives and was a talented leather craftsman. Mr. Huot was also an avid animal lover. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, April Dawn Huot and long time companion, Barbara Giddens. 

Survivors include his son, David Huot of Albany, and his grandson, David Alan Huot of Jacksonville, FL, and other extended family members. 

Hall and Hall Funeral Home was given the honor to serve the Huot family.
