Chirawon "Sue" King

Mrs. Chirawon “Sue” King, 74, of Albany, passed away on June 23, 2025.

A memorial service honoring her life will be held at a later date.

Sue was born April 19, 1951, in Bangkok, Thailand. She graduated from college and worked for many years in the mental health industry as an administrative assistant. She retired from the state of Georgia and most recently worked with Easter Seals in Albany. In her free time, she loved working in her garden and enjoyed cooking for her family. She was an amazing lady who loved everyone and would help anyone in need. A loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend she will be greatly missed by all.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert King Sr.

Those left to cherish her memory include her children, Robert King Jr. “Bobby” (Kelly) of Vidalia, Charles King (Heather Bailey) of Albany, Ricky King (Dorese), Pam Wood, and Tresa Vermette all of the Atlanta area; grandchildren, CJ, Andrew, Jemma, Kimberly, Chelsea, Mike, Chad, David, Saragrace, and Christopher; and 8 great grandchildren.

Hall and Hall Funeral Home was given the honor to serve the King family.
