Belinda Loraine Jenkins

Mrs. Belinda Loraine Jenkins, 63, of Albany, passed away on Friday, June 26, 2026, at her home. Born April 30, 1963, Belinda was the daughter of Bobby Jenkins and Loraine Alday Palmer.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m., Monday, June 29, 2026, in the chapel of Hall & Hall Funeral Home, with visitation one hour prior. Rev. Kenny Thompson will officiate, and interment will follow in the Riverside Cemetery.

Belinda was a caring daughter and sister who loved being a twin to her sister Derinda. She loved the beauty of nature. She enjoyed the beach and helped her mother to grow flowers and vegetables which she canned and cooked into big meals. She was of the Pentecostal faith and attended New Hope Full Gospel of Sylvester.

Belinda was preceded in death by her brothers, Randy Jenkins and Kenneth “Fly” Jenkins.

Survivors include her daughter, Melissa Giggey and Nick of Gainesville, GA; grandchildren, Thomas and Noah; mother, Loraine Palmer of Albany; father, Bobby Jenkins and Christine of Albany; her husband, George A. Smith of Albany; her siblings, Derinda Daniel and Danny of Sylvester, and Tony Jenkins and Sharon of Bainbridge; several nieces, nephews, and extended family.
