Barbara Ann Burke Bodiford

Ms. Barbara Ann Burke Bodiford, 73, of Worth County, passed away on Wednesday, December 6, 2023, at her home.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m., Monday, December 11, 2023, in the chapel of Hall and Hall Funeral Home with visitation one hour prior. Rev. Tim Bass will officiate with interment to follow at Floral Memory Gardens.

Born February 22, 1950, in Dale County, AL, Barbara was the daughter of the late AZ and Jessie Portwood Burke. She worked for over 30 years for Flint River Textile, enjoyed reading, fishing, and going to Biloxi, MS. Most of all she loved spending time with her family, and she was of the Baptist faith.

In addition to her parents, Barbara was preceded in death by her grandchild, Hope Marie Jones; great-grandchild, KeShawn Wallace; and siblings, Hershel and Sterling Burke.

Survivors include her children, Maria Senn and Chris of Worth County, Christy Reedy and Carl of Albany, Barbie Jones and Keith of Lynn Haven, FL, Crystal Bodiford Calhoun and William of Albany, and Jenny Kimsey and Bo of Albany; 10 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; siblings, Faye Cook of Worth County, Audrey Sumner Cooper of Worth County, Julia Faulk of Worth County, and Joe Burke of Albany.
