James W Hall

August 5, 1929 — June 4, 2012

Mr. James W. Hall, 82, of Albany passed away Monday, June 4, 2012 at his home. Funeral services will be conducted at 12:00 Noon, Friday, June 8, 2012, at Andersonville National Cemetery. Reverend Jimmy Hagadorn will officiate. Mr. Hall was born August 5, 1929, in Kentucky; son of the late James H. Hall and the late Reva Estes Hall. Mr. Hall served his country in the Army and served in the Korean Conflict. He worked at a VA Hospital in New York for many years, enjoyed fishing, golfing, bowling and watching horse races. Survivors include his loving wife, Jean Flowers Hall; sons, James W. Hall, Jr., David Hall, Steve and Cindy Hall, Daniel Hall and Scott Hall; daughters, Juanita and Ken Hale and Sandy and Tom Pratt; step-sons, Myron and Michael Flowers; step-daughters, Kathy Dunham, Linda Mahan and Sherry Flowers; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sisters, Lorraine Hunter, Betty Sturgill, Ruth Davis and Virginia Botts and brother, Ed Hall. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Thursday, June 7, 2012 at Hall Hall Funeral Home.
