Francisco "Frank" Reloten Cabatit, Jr.

Mr. Francisco “Frank” Reloten Cabatit, Jr., 87, of Albany, passed away on Tuesday, December 15, 2020. Services will be private for the family only. Mr. Cabatit was born April 2, 1933 in the Philippines. He proudly served our country in the United States Navy and retired after many years of faithful and honorable service. He then retired from Coats & Clark in Albany and later went to work at the Commissary bagging groceries to keep himself busy. Mr. Cabatit was a jack of all trades and enjoyed working with his hands. He loved building things, planting a garden, and loved spending time with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren whom he adored. He was known as a determined, hardworking man, and could outwork even the youngest of men. A beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, he will be greatly missed by all. Survivors include his beloved wife of 48 years, Brenda Cabatit of Albany; 4 sons, David Brooks (Maureen) of Leesburg, Steven Brooks (Tammy) of Worth County, Jason Francisco Cabatit (Marjett) of Albany, and Jon Cabatit (Tracy) of Hahira; 12 grandchildren, Amanda Carr (Dusty), Ashley, David Jr. (Courtney), Cassandra, Stephanie Schriefer (Joseph), Timothy (Kristen), Michael, Sarah, Shaquil, Justin, Joshua, Madison; 3 great-grandchildren, Adalyn Carr, Ariel Brooks, and Olivia Brooks; brother-in-law, Anthony Dato (Marie) of Sylvester; and a host of extended family and friends.
