Emma Polasik

Emma Jarrell Polasik, 71, of Albany passed away Tuesday, October 20, 2009 at Palmyra Medical Center. Services honoring the life of Mrs. Polasik will be conducted Friday, October 23, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Hall and Hall Funeral Home. Reverend Wayne Morey will officiate with interment to follow in the Andersonville Cemetery at a later date. Emma Jarrell Polasik was born January 11, 1938 in Sale City to the late Thomas Jarrell and Evelyn Willoo Hasty Jerrell. She was a homemaker and was of the Baptist faith. She was greatly loved by all her family, friends and will be greatly missed. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Polasik was preceded in death by her brother, William Charles Broadbeck.Survivors include her husband, Casimir Joseph Polasik of Albany; daughters, Velda Ann Schram and her husband, Wade of Orlando, FL, JoAnn Nanes and her husband, Tony of Loganville, Dianne Simpson of Thomasville and Kim Polasik of Eatonton; sons, Carl Buckhalter of Albany and Myron Buckhalter of NC; brothers, Joseph Broadbeck of Charllotte, NC, Glynn Broadbeck of Leesburg and Dewey Hatcher of Worth County; 5 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. The Family will receive friends at Hall and Hall Funeral Home immediately following the service.
