Albert Lee Timmons

Mr. Albert Lee Timmons, 73, of Albany, peacefully passed away on Wednesday, August 16, 2023, at Pruitt Palmyra Nursing Home.

Born January 8, 1950, in Blakely, Mr. Timmons was the son of the late Albert Timmons and Dolly Monfort. He worked for many years as a heavy equipment mechanic. He was known as a kindhearted person who loved everyone. He enjoyed traveling and volunteering at Chehaw Park which he did for many years. He also loved attending Stone Mountain Scottish Highland Games. He was of the Christian faith and will be greatly missed.

Survivors include his beloved wife, Donna Hill Timmons of Albany; brother, John Timmons of Marianna, FL; nephew, Leron "Lee" Timmons; sister-in-law, Paula (Andy) Schmitt, niece, Sabrina (Ben) Baldwin and their children, Emily, Ashley, and Grant; and nephew, Scott (Kaitlin) Schmitt and their children, Ayden, and Mackenzie.

According to the wishes of Mr. TImmons there will be no services.
